Overview
Are you looking for a new and exciting opportunity to join an award winning business based in the Redditch area. We are currently recruiting for a number of Customer Service Advisors to join a fun and vibrant team working at the heart of the business. This is a Permanent full time role working 40 hours per week, the normal hours are 9am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday and there is a fantastic starting salary of £19,500 on offer. There would be occasional Saturdays required for this position but you would work shortened hours. If you have any experience within the Insurance sector this would be highly advantageous but not essential. If you have any experience within a role taking high volumes of calls, within a Customer Service role (retail included), dealing with complaints or queries or within a call centre this would also be an advantage.
