Commercial Property Solicitor A Commercial Property Solicitor is wanted for an exciting Birmingham based opportunity with an ambitious, expanding law firm. Applications are invited from technically strong Commercial Property Solicitors looking for an opportunity to stretch their technical skills. The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will join a busy, friendly team managing a full and varied caseload of sale and purchases, conditional contracts, non-contentious commercial lease work, option agreements, purchase and disposal of commercial and residential development sites from start to finish. The Commercial Property Solicitor will work on a full range of Commercial Property files. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor who has a following to join a top rated law firm in Central Birmingham.
