Head of Engineering Up to £130,000 per annum package Central London What is the most important thing that you look for in a Leader? Chances are, this is what other people look for as well. Your exposure here will be across DevOps, Software Engineering & Technical Operations in an environment that in parts is running on rails, but in other areas is held together by blu-tack and sticky tape. You will be responsible for driving improvements and providing a highly resilient and scalable technical platform. You're a technologist, maybe you'd describe yourself as a tinkerer with a mind that is constantly looking for the next thing that can help solve a problem. Right now your teams will be working a lot with AWS, the ELK stack and Python but this could change tomorrow. Your mindset and experience will naturally drive transformational change and lead others to follow you. You will be working in an environment where the overall goal is to save lives.
