Senior MS Dynamics Developer (Cardiff Gate) Perm, Full Time, £55,650 A Senior Software Developer role with proven MS Dynamics experience is required to join an organisation supporting professionals. Your new role Based just outside of Cardiff, you will be leading and manage a cross-functional team, bringing your wealth of experience to deliver the programme. Working in this fast paced environment, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of CRM implementation, ensuring a high level of quality is maintained. Identifying key business outputs, you will distribute the actions within your team, ensuring there are clear processes for accurate documentation within each stage and sharing these where required with key stakeholders. What you'll need to succeed Your passion for managing a team of Software Developers combined with your proven experience deploying bespoke business solutions on MS Dynamics will drive you to achieve the key outputs and support your team whilst upskilling them in an environment which encourages personal development. Your positive experience of engaging with key stakeholders and turning desired outputs into clear actions will make you an ideal fit for this role. Your technical experience of developing using C#, .Net and JavaScript and your experience of implementing large scale CRM projects with agile methodologies, whilst seeing this project through to completion with excellent time management skills will help you succeed in this position.
