Head Chef – Bespoke Events Catering We are looking for a hands on and creative head chef to join a young and growing events company. Located in South London, close to tube links Salary of £50K Flexible and sociable working hours The head chef will be responsible for menu development, working with clients and events planners to develop bespoke menus for events of 50-650 covers and a venue in London Bridge catering for events of up to 1000 covers. The head chef will lead and manage a loyal brigade of freelance chefs in the production kitchen and 2 full time chefs in the venue. The whole team is young and dynamic, they require a hands on leader who will fit in with their style and can help drive the business forward.
