Benefits Analyst £220-280 per day Central London My client is a multi-national telecoms company based in Central London and are looking for a Benefits Analyst for 6 months. We are willing to consider a part time worker in order to ensure that we recruit the seniority required to be able to lead on some of the more technical benefits matters. Job Description Support to pension trustees to ensure pension administration and obligations are met Working with external advisors and pension trustees, oversee the buy-out of one legacy pension scheme. Working with external advisors, implement the PPK scheme in Poland Work with brokers as required to ensure provision of benefits in all applicable EMEA countries Administration of the Choices flexible benefits platform Resolution of benefits issues as required Liaison with the Global Benefits Team to ensure knowledge sharing Minimum Requirements Experience in supporting pension schemes Experience in setting up new benefits programmers Experience of international benefits provision Professional insight to offer sound advice on benefits Ability to work independently Numeracy and detail focus
