This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual to join a Worldwide international company for are looking for an Engineer Scheduler to join their team in Croydon. Client Details This is a world leading company within its industry who are looking for an experienced operator to monitor the allocation of technician and agent resources in order to maximise resource utilisation and minimise external costs. This client is based in Croydon and is looking for an experienced and driven individual to join their team Description Key responsibilities include: Handle all outbound calls to technicians as required politely and efficiently Handle all resource management in a prompt and professional manner Escalate matters of concern, arising from real-time resource management to the most appropriate individual Re-allocation of resource must be action in a logical and effective manner Investigate alternative resource options for instances when an internal solution is not offered automatically Maintain control over geographical deployment, deferring technical decisions to technical team managers To carry out any other duties as reasonably requested by the operations manager Profile The successful candidate will have: Experience scheduling engineers, booking and liaising with them throughout the process Ideally have a background in utilities, servicing or deliveries Excellent geographical knowledge of the UK Organisational and problem solving skills Ability to effectively communicate at all levels both verbally and in file notes Ability to deliver exceptional Customer Service Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Responsible and confident approach to tasks Proactive, quick thinking, flexible and adaptable to changing situations Job Offer This is a permanent role paying a competitive salary and great benefit package. This role required shifts and weekends to be worked.
