Overview
My client near Royston are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their busy and successful company The role is to ensure a smooth delivery from start to finish and in a timely manner You will be Smooth communication between sales, customer service, planning, production and shipping Undertakes all customer service tasks which are necessary to assure the functioning and success of the department and company Defines customer profile to ensure thorough understanding of the customer, key interfaces, requirements/needs and standards to be achieved for customer satisfaction Co-ordination of all required paperwork Develop close internal relationships to ensure the team fully understands the standards required by the customer Deal with customer enquiries in an efficient and professional manner Receive and enter technical enquiries and provide back-up to account/sales personnel Responsible for the calculation of pricing and offering price indications to customers in accordance with company margins, along with verification of freight charges Maintenance of price lists/records Provide administration support to Account/sales team Prepare sales reports if required by sales personnel Assist order management with customer complaints Creation and maintenance of customer files and shared files Market shopping if appropriate Maintenance of customer information in all relevant systems Identify opportunities for improvement in administrative efficiencies to reduce costs and/or improve service Skills required Team motivated, self-dependant, resilient, enthusiastic, proactive, innovative Good administration, organisation, support skills Excellent communication, interpersonal skills Commercial awareness Good time management Demonstrate ability to work with systems and databases Professionalism and high standards of work In return: Up to 22K 23 days holiday plus bank holiday Free parking Health care Company annual performance bonus Sick pay Due to the location you will need your own transport If you have not received a response within 5 working days, please assume your application has been unsuccessful on this occasion.
