Senior Social Worker Golders Green £24,797 - £26,175 This role is 24 hours per week My client is the largest health and social care provider supporting the Jewish Community, currently looking for a Senior Social Worker to join their team in Golders Green Key Responsibilities: Manage the Duty Provision to develop an effective service Participate in local forums to expand your knowledge of Mental Health, Family Carers, Dementia, Disability and End of Life Support colleagues in identifying local services which promote the independence, choice and dignity of residents, carers and families. Provide effective intervention whilst being proactive in maintaining effective collaboration. Communicate effectively with clients Requirements: Social work qualification Registration with HCPC Experience in managing a social work caseload Working knowledge and experience of Safeguarding Care Act 2014 and Mental Capacity Act 2005. Experience of working with people with mental health disability, dementia, isolation and end of life. Sensitive when exploring exploration of complex and risk and supporting colleagues when needed.
