Field Supervisor Remote - Kings Lynn/Thetford area Nobody knows consumers better than Kantar. You will act as the liaison between field agents and senior management. Ensuring field agents are trained, supported and rewarded for good work. Role includes working on specified projects, coaching, accompanying, completing quality control tasks and supporting a team of interviewers or collectors. You will also allocate and progress assignments and carry out assignments of work when required. KEY OUTCOMES Appraise, coach and support interviewers on specific projects, providing feedback on strengths and areas of improvement Highlight interviewer development needs and further support required to specified Manager Feedback interviewer queries and/or concerns to specified manager Carry out additional validation/quality control checks on interviewer's work as required (generally by face to face call backs, but occasionally by telephone, giving prompt feedback to the office Provide feedback to interviewers discuss quality issues at the direction of specified Manager Provide out of office hours telephone support to interviewers as required Will be required to interview from time to time When required, undertake assignments of fieldwork Allocate assignments when required, to specified job instructions, maintaining costs within project budget Ensure assignments are worked and that project requirements are achieved Complete to a high standard any interviewer training or development tasks as required.
