Overview
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Restructuring Solicitor to join a modern, progressive international firm, in their Leeds office. Our client, a highly regarded legal 500 firm, is looking for an experienced restructuring solicitor to join the team advising on non-contentious matters. The solicitors within the team work collaboratively with colleagues from various areas including banking, corporate and private equity, pensions, employment and real estate across a range of sectors including education, retail, automotive, leisure, farming and healthcare to provide advice to clients in what is usually a challenging time. The thing that really differentiates this team from others is the scale, variety and high quality of work that they undertake both in the UK and internationally. As an integral part of the team you will hit the ground running with your own caseload of non-contentious matters as well as assisting senior members of the team on more high profile and complex cases and also supervising some more junior members of the team. Our client is seeking a commercially minded candidate with strong technical skills and excellent client skills. They are looking for someone with banking and corporate advisory experience, specialities in the sector would be an advantage but is not essential. The successful candidate should be 3-4 years' PQE, however, this level of experience has been given as an approximate guide for applicants and our client is happy to consider the applications of candidates who fall outside of this bracket.
