Overview
An exciting opportunity for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor has arisen at a reputable legal practice in Evesham. You will be part of a supportive working environment where you will be able to input your expertise effectively and progress with very real career opportunities as a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor. The role will require you to build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure a smooth workflow and you will also be expected to help grow other members of team. The successful candidate will have had 3 years PQE or more in a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor role which includes freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers and release of equity, and lease extensions, to name a few. Competency in managing and supervising a small team is essential as this is a team leader role. The successful Residential Conveyancing Solicitor must be technically strong and commercially aware with a pro-active approach towards residential property.
