We have a further site in Clay Cross Derbyshire where our oil boilers are manufactured. Job Description As a Product Manager, you are responsible for delivering a future-proof product portfolio strategy for your responsible product categories. For the Residential Heat Pumps category: You will lead the organization in developing and delivering the Residential Heat Pumps product portfolio. As the Product Manager for Heat Pumps, you will be responsible for the development and management of the portfolio of Residential Heat Pumps and will work cross-functionally with business wide stakeholders and sponsoring Board members in to establish Worcester Bosch as the market leader in this product category. Specification Development & Technical expertise o Utilising your expertise in Heat Pump technology, work alongside market segment experts and other colleagues within the business to develop a market leading product specification tailored to the UK market and its specific needs Product Life-cycle Management: o Ownership of the UK Residential Heat Pumps portfolio and delivery roadmaps. o Co-ordinate relevant functions to define overarching product strategy comprising Product, Price, Place & Promotion for category. o Continuously review the product portfolio performance ensure portfolio remains relevant, giving consideration to price management, market trends, legislation drivers, customer needs & competitors' activities. Market Intelligence: o Competitor analysis and Benchmarking, both technical and commercial. o Market & customer research to identify trends, gaps and USP's Product Development Project Team Member o Represent the Product Management function as required as a Key Project team member in product development projects. o Provide requirements and insights to ensure the right product is delivered at the right quality and price position for the target market.
