Overview
A Legal 500 law firm with a great network of offices across the West Midlands is seeking to appoint an experienced residential conveyancing solicitor to join the branch office based in Worcester. The firm offers a full range of legal services and enjoys a favourable reputation for its high-quality work and professionalism, achieved while maintaining a down to earth and friendly ethos and offering work from home provisions and progression right through to directorship. The firm invests in its employees and rewards performance and effort. To be considered for this residential conveyancing role, you must be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with at least five years' post-qualification experience. Competence is the key here, as you must be able to work free of supervision (albeit plenty of remote supervision is available). You must be technically strong and will be supported by a paralegal/assistant. The work does come through the door quite easily and, as such, BD will not be an integral part of the role. However, a willingness to solidify and develop existing relationships with the local agents is key This residential conveyancing position presents a real opportunity for somebody to build a strong residential team in the Worcester area.
