Team Manager - Referral and Assessment - Offering up to £53k in a Good Local Authority - West London This is an excellent opportunity for a Team Manager for a permanent candidate within an Referral and Assessment team. This local authority that is rated Good via Ofsted are committed to creating an environment where Team Managers can develop their Staff and ensure they are providing a quality service to vulnerable children and their families. You'll be working in an assessment team based near Heathrow that work closely with the MASH Team to manage the Front Door and assess risk and needs of children and families prior to transferring to the Safeguarding and Support Teams, Looked After Children Teams or Early Intervention Services. Key Responsibilities: Managing 2 Assistant Team Managers and 12 Social Workers. Management of finances in the provision of the service.
