Overview
Are you looking to expand your career within conveyancing? If so, this top tier law firm based in Birmingham is now looking for an experienced conveyancer to join its Plot Sales Department on a full-time, permanent basis. You will join the firm's Plot Sales Department and assume responsibility for dealing with plot sales from reservation to completion for one or more house-builders. As a residential development plot conveyancer, your duties will include sending out relevant paperwork using the case management system, dealing with pre-contract enquiries, exchanging contracts and dealing with completions. To be considered for this role you must have previous experience working within plot sales and handling your own workload.
