JOB TITLE: Residential Development Plot Conveyancer PQE REQUIRED: 1 Years PQE LOCATION: Birmingham SALARY: £20,000 - £30,000 (DOE) THE ROLE: A plot conveyancer is required to join this respected and busy Residential Development team in Birmingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for dealing with plot sales for one or more household name national housebuilders from reservation to completion. You will be responsible for sending out standard plot sale paperwork from a case management system, dealing with pre contract enquiries, exchanging contracts and dealing with completions. You will manage your own caseload of transactions and work with minimal supervision. THE CANDIDATE: Applications are sought from trainee and qualified residential conveyancers with previous experience of conveyancing and ideally plot sales work. It is essential that you have strong attention to detail and organisational skills, the ability to meet deadlines, good communication skills, good IT skills and the ability and willingness to learn. Individuals who are driven and ambitious to develop their career within property, in particular by pursuing professional qualifications such as ILEX, CLC or Solicitor qualifications will be of particular interest.
