Ignition Pub Management is designed to provide transitional management services for licensed premises in the UK. The aim is to work in partnership with owners and operators, to protect our client’s asset during the recovery process by maintaining and enhancing trade whilst removing the day to day management problems associated with the sector. Experience is essential in food & Cask ale and our operators should be used to working in a performance related environment. You will hold the financial acumen to plan and grow the business, whilst delivering solid results. Candidates must hold a Personal Licence and be experienced in Cask Ales in order to be considered for the Management Couple / Single site operator position.
