We are currently recruiting a new role in our Provisioning Department, looking after Order Management. The Provisioning Team are game-changes in Elite’s success, ensuring all our sales get connected with their phone, broadband or technology services. You’ll help to transform traditional approaches to order management, ensuring efficiency and automation, keeping our customers in the know and maintain our impeccable customer service standards. In your role, you will be responsible for ensuring every customer order has your full focus and consistently look for ways in which Elite can improve its customer experience. You will need to be good with data, with strong attention to detail, have previous experience within customer service and a commitment to driving change.
