We're looking for a iOS developer who possesses a passion for pushing mobile technologies to the limits and will work with our team of talented engineers to design and build the next generation of our mobile applications. Monterosa is the award-winning leader in audience interaction technology, behind some of the biggest interactive TV shows and sporting events including Love Island, EA Sport/Premier League Player of the Month and many others. All of our products and fan experiences are powered by our LViS platform . Our small and friendly team is distributed between Liverpool, London and Minsk with strong ties and everyday collaboration between us. What you'll be doing Design and build adv anced applications for the iOS platform Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability Work on bug fixing and improving application performance Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximise development efficiency What we're looking for Previous experience in an agile software development environment, and iOS development having worked on at least one published app in the App Store A deep familiarity with Swift, some knowledge of Objective-C helpful, and some experience working with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, Core Graphics and Core Text are welcomed Network and communication protocols (HTTP, WebSockets, etc.), and experience with third-party libraries and APIs using cocoapods and/or Carthage, as well as version control systems such as git Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, emerging technologies, design patterns and algorithms, and s olid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle Ideally, BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject A willingness and proven ability to take responsibility and be there when it counts, and ability to learn, adapt, innovate, anticipate and look into the future Common sense, be analytical, self-reflective, creative, responsible and open minded, kindness, with excellent verbal and written English Being an iOS Developer is demanding and requires experience and capability combined robust character, clarity of thinking, problem-solving, resilience and ability to learn quickly We’re looking for all-rounders with passion, drive and attention to detail What's on offer 25 days' holiday (Plus bank holidays) Modern office spaces in great areas Flexible working hours and Regular work from home Private Health Insurance/gym membership (Optional) Cycle to work scheme (UK) Annual Conference and Training Budget Regular social events Good transport links to all office locations Monterosa is one of the most rewarding and challenging places anyone can work in technology and entertainment.
