Overview

We currently have opportunities for energetic and committed Bank Residential Support Workers (Days and Nights) to contribute to the effective delivery of care and individual programmes. We provide care 24/7 and Bank Residential Support Workers are an integral part of our provision supporting our day and night rotas. As professional Childcare workers you will ensure that your practice complies with policy and procedure and are in line with regulatory, statutory and compliance requirements and meet quality standards. You will also be required to hold a current UK driving licence and undergo certified training and refresher courses in a range of areas including Safeguarding, Physical Intervention, Behavioural Management, First Aid, Fire Prevention and Health & Safety at work and other specialist training related to the location as well as the relevant CPD. You are required to register with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) if your application is successful. Working towards or completion of HNC / SVQ 3 which is a minimum requirement.
