Recruitment Consultant: Blusource Accountancy Whether you are an experienced Recruitment Consultant looking for a new challenge within an expanding firm or a recent Graduate looking to embark upon a lucrative career in recruitment we'd like to hear from you Our Nottingham office is looking for a talented and ambitious specialist recruitment consultant who is passionate about our values and consultative approach. The Role: Working hours will be weekdays 7:30am - 2:30pm A typical day will include networking, sourcing and screening high quality candidates, liaising with clients, face to face and on the telephone as well as raising awareness of our services to candidates and clients to win new business. You will establish and develop lasting relationships with your clients and provide an excellent recruitment service, constantly promoting your candidates. This is a non-KPI driven role requiring a consultative approach working with new and existing clients and candidates within the Accountancy Practice sector. You will be given autonomy to further develop your warm desk within a clearly defined vertical market. We also recruit permanent and temporary roles into businesses ranging from SME's to FTSE top 100 organisations for Finance, HR and Executive appointments. A Recruitment background within Professional Services may be an advantage This role will be suited to individuals with a positive and 'can do' attitude and the ability to work autonomously.
