Overview
Spring Technology are currently seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join an expanding business within the automotive finance industry. Due to continuing growth our client is now looking for a Junior Compliance Associate to come on-board and play a pivotal role within the Compliance department. You will work closely with the Head of Compliance to deliver various projects and initiatives both internally and with multiple external partners. You will be provided with the necessary support and training to further develop a career in Compliance for an established company that are continuing to grow. Experience: Circa 1 years' experience working in a financial services / account management / motor finance / customer service role High level of general I.T and administration skills desired, with knowledge of Microsoft Packages - Outlook, Excel and Word. Should be an excellent communicator (both written and verbally) Strong academic background (University degree preferred) Able to work under pressure and prioritise tasks Strong passion to learn and develop and be successful A professional, committed team player Some experience or exposure of working in a compliance role (desirable) The role: Play an integral role to the companies complaints function, providing support & advice, delivering upon deadlines Maintaining incidents log, complaints and other compliance registers, personal account dealing records, regulatory disclosures Assisting in other Compliance departmental duties Where required, you will liaise with the Financial Ombudsman Service and be able to balance multiple cases whilst remaining objective, and time bound To keep up to date with regulatory change and make it your business to learn how this could impact the company and their customers To keep up to date with all of the companies business requirements, including, but not limited to, policies, procedures and processes If you wish to apply please forward a copy of your latest CV to
