Overview
Although based in Central London, there will be monthly travel required to Brighton and Darwen, Lancs Reporting to the Director of HR, you will be providing restructure support to a particular school within your client group. This will include undertaking the individual face to face consultations. You will prepare all relevant paperwork and lead on the communications across the school for employees. In addition to leading on the restructure and consultations, you will also start to lead upon a project whereby you research focus areas for the Multi Academy Trust. This includes areas such as appraisals, well-being and work-life balance, HR systems and recruitment practice. This is a research exercise to identify what other similar organisations are currently doing and present recommendations to move these areas forward. Candidates looking to apply will need to be on no more than a one week notice period and will need to be able to travel to Brighton and Darwen a couple of times per month. You will be a Chartered CIPD Member (or equivalent) and be competent with leading consultations for a restructure.
