Overview
Do you want to work for a leading property management business that prides itself on investing in their staff? We are working with a client looking to hire in to their team due to recently winning new business from their competitors. Due to the addition of this portfolio, they are seeking to add an experienced client accountant to their already established team. The client has a superb retention rate, particularly within their client accounts team and is keen to add to their group who is going to add to the positive energy within the client accounts department. Working under an experienced Manager and Director, it is a fantastic opportunity for somebody to develop a long-term career in client accounts. The role is a varied and broad client accounting position which includes the follow key responsibilities: Managing the client accounts and reporting for numerous clients according to their individual requirements Maintaining the records for clients on their property management system Account reconciliations for tenant's accounts Completion of the year-end service charge accounts including accruals and prepayments Responding to the queries for tenants and landlords Raising service charge and rent demands Liaising with accounts payable and accounts receivable teams Other administrative duties when required The team are ideally looking for somebody with comprehensive client accounting experience although the following experience is essential for the role: Prior experience within client accounting, using an established property management system Strong communication skills to provide a good level of service internally and to clients A track record of having a positive and helpful attitude Good academic record If you feel as though you have the experience required for this position and fit the criteria described above then please feel free to apply now.
