Do you want to work for a top tier, international firm? Are you looking for a role that can offer exposure to high quality commercial property work? Then this is the role for you Our clients are looking for a confident and technically skilled commercial property solicitor to join their busy team based in Birmingham. The successful candidate will run a full caseload of matters to include asset management and development agreements, acquisitions, disposals and leases. They will work closely with easily recognisable clients on high value matters, helping to generate long lasting relationships with the firm. If you are successful you will be rewarded with a competitive salary and benefits package along with the opportunity to grow and progress within a leading law firm. The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent organisation and interpersonal skills along with around two years or more post qualified experience in a similar role. However, this PQE is used as a guide and you are still encouraged to apply if you fall outside of this.
