Overview
Customer Service Advisor based in Manchester City Centre Offering £10 per hour Full time, permanent role We are currently recruiting for a exciting role working on behalf of our client who are a well known, credible high street business working within their brand new Manchester City Centre office. We are looking for enthusiastic, professional and passionate Customer Service Advisors to join their team - this is a full time, permanent opportunity with a wide range of benefits and incentives amongst genuine opportunities to develop your career. Full training and on-going support will be provided from day 1. The Role What will you be doing? Providing exceptional customer service across a range of queries Provide one touch resolution for customers by resolving queries/complaints in a professional and friendly manner Proactively offer information to add the greatest value possible to the guest experience Maintain awareness of new promotions and guest offers and communicate these effectively. Achieve daily, weekly and monthly departmental KPI's set by Management Hours of Work: Full time hours, 35 hours per week Successful candidates will need to have flexibility with their hours The Person What are we looking for?
