The firm who are an award-winning practice, are seeking a Corporate Solicitor with a demonstrable interest and previous experience to join their reputable team. The firm has a comprehensive legal network providing a bespoke approach to delivering commercial and effective advice. The firm is agile, progressive and easy to engage with which makes it an attractive place to work. The Worcester team is looking to add further strength with an additional associate offering exceptional general corporate experience and solid business development skills. The work will consist of a broad mix of corporate transactional work to include mergers and acquisitions, sales, corporate finance, acting for owner-managed business etc. The ideal candidate will have 4 years post qualification experience within the corporate field.
