Corporate Solicitor

Due to continued success and expansion our client are looking to recruit a qualified Solicitor to join their Corporate Commercial team. The Opportunity: This is an exciting opportunity to join a legal 500 firm and further strengthen an existing Corporate caseload of local and national clients. This varied position involves conducting a caseload of company commercial files for clients including sole traders, partners, directors and shareholders. The role will involving working alone and alongside colleagues on a wide variety of business matters including sales, mergers, acquisitions and corporate reconstructions, as well as taking part in business development activities. Most importantly, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to further grow your own skills and experience in the Corporate sector. In addition, the firm offers a competitive salary and benefits package which includes a minimum of 25 days of holiday per year plus bank holidays. What’s Needed to be considered? A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (Minimum of 5 years PQE) Have experience of working in a Corporate department across a range of clients, handling a variety of issues Be able to build relationships with both new and existing clients and professionals Demonstrate a strong desire to learn and widen knowledge What next?
