Overview
NQ Solicitor - Corporate Dental A leading practice is looking for a talented newly qualified solicitor to join their growing Corporate team specialising in dental in central Worcester. You will be joining an established team working with local and national clients, there are fantastic progression opportunities in this role due to the structure of the practice and their recent success in the market. You will undertake a varied work load including: Mergers and Acquisitions, sale and purchase agreements, a variety of commercial contracts, shareholder and partnership agreements, intellectual property, agency and distribution agreements and more. You will be working on behalf of a wealth of different clients withing the dental Industry. As a successful candidate you will be a recently qualified solicitor up to 2 years PQE within a well-regarded corporate team. You will also be someone who is keen to develop, has energy, a sharp mind and strong communication skills.
