Overview
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Family Associate in a highly regarded national firm. This role offers a great caseload of private family matters as well as a brilliant working environment. Established over a century ago, the firm has an excellent reputation in the region and a strong family department, with much of the work coming in through referrals and word of mouth. The firm is looking to recruit a like-minded individual into its Nottingham office. The caseload will have a particular focus on medium to high net worth matters, including: Financial remedy cases Pre- and post-nuptial agreements Same sex marriages/civil partnerships Cohabitation/TOLATA cases Private children matters Ideally the firm is looking for a Senior Family Associate with 5 years' PQE. There will also be the opportunity to supervise and train more junior fee earners.
