The focus is on Forbes top 1000 clients so being able to leverage a contact network in this area is highly advantageous. Main Tasks & Responsibilities Sales – Bespoke eLearning Solutions will: Prospect for potential new high end clients and turn this into increased business. Reach out as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization. Research and build relationships with new clients. Work to develop proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives. Participate in pricing the solution/service. Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends. Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and idea that will lead to an increase in sales. Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met. Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets. Work with marketing staff to ensure that prerequisites (like prequalification or getting on a vendor list) are fulfilled within a timely manner. Research and develop a thorough understanding of the company’s people and capabilities. Essential Skills & Experience Sales – Bespoke eLearning Solutions will have: Strong sales experience within the eLearning industry, designing bespoke E-Learning proposals that suit the client's needs, and are of a value in excess of 100K (GBP) is essential. Other desirable skills and qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent Networking, Persuasion, Prospecting, Public Speaking, Research, Writing, Closing Skills, Motivation French, Dutch or German language speaker also useful.
