Job Title: Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Location : Brighton Salary: £12k-£14k per annum Hours: Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00 Our client based in Brighton is looking to recruit a Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship to provide support and assistance to the team in a range of administrative functions. Responsibilities; Assisting the department in achieving KPI's through admin support Providing an excellent level of customer service to clients, estate agents and other professional contacts Producing work to the required quality standard Assisting staff in meeting necessary deadlines Providing end to end administrative and clerical support on transactions Becoming fluent and proficient with and engaging in the Department's day to day work; the case management system To attend to all parties having contact with the organisation To ensure the firm's quality and compliance procedures with regards to file management are accurately carried out including timely use of checklists, E-filing, and timely filing of all paper correspondence, attendance notes and time records Personal Specification; Desire to expand the above knowledge and experience skills and develop better technical ability (with training, direction and appropriate supervision) Effective time management and organisational skills and the initiative to work independently but also as part of a team Flexible, adaptable and positive attitude to work Able to identify priorities within a complex and demanding workload and sustain consistent quality performance when under pressure Confident in own abilities and self motivated Displays a genuine commitment to assisting with delivering a top quality service to clients Key Skills, Knowledge and Experience; Clear thinking under pressure Lateral thinking Problem solving Planning and Organising Interpersonal Skills Communication Skills Self-motivation Initiative Team work Building relationships Knowledge of case management systems, MS Word, Excel and Outlook Excellent verbal and written communication skills
