In addition, you will resolve any IT related faults, including a wide range of queries from setting up email accounts to system diagnostics, plus enhancing and developing the IT provision extended within the business. Key skills we`re looking for? Excellent IT support experience (1st, 2nd, 3rd line) Windows Desktop and Server operating systems expertise Active Directory and Exchange Server skills Experience with VOIP phone systems Networking experience (inc switches, routers etc) VMware vSphere and/or vCentre experience Bonus points for?
