Digital Marketing specialist with Web, Digital, CRM (email, SMS, direct marketing) Social Media and Brand Growth knowledge is highly sought by a multiple award winning games studio based in Birmingham who are the UK`s largest privately owned mobile e-gaming studio We currently have just over 300 employees here at our Birmingham HQ and we offer some of the UK`s best career progression plans and earning potential with bi-annual salary reviews In this role, you will have the opportunity to get fully immersed across online marketing, brand management, and affiliate marketing efforts across our 5 highly successful online brands You will manage our in-house CRM system (email, push, in-game and SMS) with a focus on the use of important business tracking metrics (cost per lead, conversion funnel, reporting, analysis etc) to ensure business growth and retention of our 5 million existing customer base You will act as a commercial representative for the business whereby you will have an excellent understanding of monetising digital products and improve the brand presence in the fast and diverse world of online gaming With a numerical and analytical mindset, you will monitor the performance of campaigns, analyse and drive insight via multiple data sources whilst running concurrent A/B testing projects to ensure our commercial operations are fully optimised and represent the best possible ROI related to our exciting range of mobile and web based products Key skills we`re looking for? Degree in Digital Marketing, Business or similar field. Analytical approach with lots of initiative. Good knowledge of the digital ?marketing mix` and how to use this to grow a brand online. Experience/in-depth knowledge of B2C Marketing. Have an excellent business/commercial mindset (analytical, understand ROI etc). Bonus points for?
