Group Operations Manager - Leisure business North London £40K - £45 K plus bonus plus equity I am recruiting for this great leisure job in North London. I am recruiting for a well-established kid’s dance and gymnastics provider that is looking to go through rapid growth over the next 2-3 years. With this in mind, they are now looking for a Group Operations Manager to join their team at their offices in North London. The main purpose of this role is to help put concrete systems and process’ in place which will help make the business scalable and free-up the owner to grow the business exponential. There is loads of demand for their services and getting the business to work smoothly is the main priority at the moment. The role initially will be very hands-on, and you will be expected to analyse the business and understand what are it’s strengths and weaknesses from an operations perspective. This will lead to you be strategic and improve overall operations and standards across the board. You will also be extremely passionate about providing excellent service to multiple stakeholders and strive to work in a small business environment. This is a great opportunity for an experienced manager in the fitness industry who wants a challenging and hands-on leisure job. To be considered for this role, you must be extremely capable and passionate about operations and should have worked in any of the following jobs: Group Operations manager, operations manager, general manager, regional manager, regional operations manager.
