Sales Administration Executive Windsor £25k Monday - Friday ASAP Start We have a fantastic opportunity for YOU, A Sales Administrator to further their career within a small team based in Central Windsor, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a busy office position who has a keen interest within the beauty/medical industry. You'll be working for a UK distributor of a medical devices, they are looking for a passionate and driven individual to support the operation and take control of all Sales administration, You will be highly organised, self-motivated and looking to work within a demanding, busy office, supporting the Field Sales Executives. Your role will consist of telephone account management and respond to support queries to ensure our customer have the best possible service when ordering. Responsibilities Dealing with new inbound queries from customers and taking orders over the phone and email Preparing and dispatching products and organising collections via UPS tracked mail service Track all orders to completion on date required. Being first point of contact for main office telephone number Support the Sales team with telephone account management Supporting sales staff in sales activity / excel Dealing with new lead phone enquiries Co-ordinating all UK training centre diaries - Organising and booking dates/venue for product training Liaising with Trainers and booking models for training dates Use a range of software, including email, excel spreadsheets and databases, to ensure the efficient running of the office Develop and implement new administrative systems, such as record management Emailing out product details to new prospects, upon inbound lead enquiries Support in organising sales industry exhibitions Assisting the MD day to day administration Skills Intermediate experience and can demonstrate use with all Microsoft Office package CRM experience - and cloud-based databases and networks preferably ZOHO Strong IT and typing skills Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills Self-starter, ability to work with limited supervision, multi-tasker Analytical and a good problem-solver Excellent organisational and time-management skills Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills Experience in account management or sales support Experience with lead generation Experience as an administrative assistant, office support or similar role Assisting with travel arrangements, hotel booking Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail is key Have a problem-solving approach to work Project-management skills A good sense of Humour If you'd like to apply to this position, please do with your most up to date CV.
