A leading business energy consultancy working with the UK's Energy Suppliers is looking to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic B2B Energy Field Sales Executive to join the team to support their continued growth. Joining the team as an Energy Field Sales Executive, you will receive a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum monthly commission, with an OTE in year one of £60,000 Their top earners will make in excess of this and you can expect to see an increase year on year, as your existing account base grows. Whilst their offices are in central Windsor, you can be based anywhere in the UK mainland as their client base is nationwide. You will also benefit from an initial full comprehensive in-house training programme, followed by ongoing support from the central Windsor office base. What will I be doing as an Energy Field Sales Executive? As a member of their fast-paced sales team, you will be contacting and speaking with businesses in the UK both over the phone, as well as face to face, to negotiate contracts and to ensure they are not overpaying for their Gas or Electricity. You will also build relationships whilst growing and managing your own portfolio of customers, as well as providing a one stop service for all support needs. They will expect you to be proactive in sourcing your own leads including through referrals, on-site business cold-calling, networking including use of appropriate social media platforms such as LinkedIn, as well as attending networking events, targeting companies by sector or location, internet searches, etc., so you have everything you need to meet and exceed your targets Could this be the ideal role for me? If you have proven experience working in Energy sales or another field sales or telesales role, you could become a successful Energy Field Sales Executive If you don't have previous Energy sales experience, the company is more than happy to talk to you if you believe you have the right qualities they are looking for, including passion, honesty and the willingness to learn. You will also require: Target driven and self-motivation to maximise on earnings opportunities whilst also working as part of a team. Professional attitude and presentable, personable appearance at all times for on-site customer visits. Professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills. Data input, updating and maintaining an accurate customer database within the company CRM, so attention to detail is necessary. Ability to build and manage your own sales pipeline and account base. Ability to build rapport and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers. Ability to map out a territory, manage it and plan your diary effectively to meet objectives and targets. Full clean driving licence.
