Our business is growing, and we are seeking a strong Pre-sales Architect to join our Salesforce Practice to lead proposals, solution design, conduct demos, promote and sell assigned programs in the Salesforce space to Prospects, Clients and Roadshows in conjunction with our dedicated sales team. Responsibilities + Own and lead end-to-end pursuits to drive RFP / RFI responses on solution architecture, estimation, pricing, project implementation approach, timelines, scope, project management and governance and pricing etc. + Participate and contribute in webinars, technical and marketing events. + Creates & Consults with Engineering and Program Management on SOWs and estimates. + Understands Business needs of the customer and their technologies. + Oversees Technical delivery when required. + Participates in technical requirements gathering and solution architecture for client. + Provides solution architecture, requirements gathering, and application design to our clients via services delivery. + Assisting clients to develop or express an organisational strategy for accomplishing strategic technology goals. + Developing technical and conceptual pre-sales material in support of the pre-sales activities. + Reviews and understands all assigned Statement of Work (SOW) prior to services delivery. Experience + 8+ years of significant experience in Pre-sales, Consulting & implementation of Salesforce solutions. + Deep expertise in one or more Salesforce product offering: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Analytics Cloud + Knowledge and Hands-on experience in Integration: SaaS to SaaS or on-premise integration, micro services connectivity, batch ELT/ETL operations, EAI, API lifecycle management, enterprise service buses, REST, SOAP, OData APIs, pub-sub event integration. + Knowledge and experience of Data architectures: Operational vs intermediate vs warehousing, Master Data Management, Data Stores Architected / implemented solutions on public cloud - Salesforce, AWS, GCP achieving scalable, reliable and manageable solutions for customers + Knowledge and Hands-on expertise in Cloud solutions ? AWS, Azure, etc., + Led multiple engagements in Salesforce space ? Architecture, Solutions and Delivery + Significant experience in writing proposals. + Self-starter on ideating solutions for addressing customer problems and business needs. + Excellent customer facing and interaction skills on pre-sales & presentations. + Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbal. + A keen ear to listen and an eye for detail. + Bachelor?s / Master?s Degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems or related field. + Any certifications in Salesforce space.
