HR Business Partner 15 Month FTC Up to £45k per annum company car Milton Keynes Our client, a leading prestigious organisation within their industry are looking to recruit a HR Business Partner to join their small team. This opportunity will suit an accomplished HR professional with a 'hands on' approach whom thrives in an environment whereby you will have the ability to guide, mentor and influence decisions, to drive both business performance and employee engagement. The role You will be managing and overseeing the small HR team, providing them with the support required to service the wider business to operate successfully You will act as a trusted partner to the management team, coaching, guiding and supporting them throughout each HR journey You will be responsible for the ongoing management of the HR system and the accuracy of its records Providing a high level of support to management throughout their recruitment processes, from job descriptions, selection through to interview Contribute toward the development of HR policies and procedures, in line with legislation and best practice Conduct research and work collaboratively with senior management to identify areas to improve processes and drive cost efficiencies and opportunities for improvement Act as an advisor to management to support and advise on best practice across all HR practices, including carrying out investigations, grievances and disciplinaries Leading and managing HR projects Coaching and supporting management to drive performance and engage employees Take a 'hands on' approach to partner with and proactively develop strong working relationships with managers to encourage positive solutions Support the HR Director and be the first point of contact in their absence Ensure effective communication across all levels to drive employee satisfaction, performance and retention Coach HR colleagues and support their ongoing development and training needs The person A senior HR professional with a 'hands on' approach Proven experience delivering a high level of operational support, including; recruitment, disciplinaries, investigations, grievances, restructures and redundancies CIPD Level 5 minimum Partnered supplier management experience Experience of CascadeGo HR system would be highly desirable Evidence of continuous professional development Tate is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
