Part-Time Senior HR Advisor Role- Interim-Ongoing, £17.00-£18.00 p/h Your new company An excellent job opportunity for a Part-Time Senior HR Advisor (ongoing-interim role),, within a fast-paced, established organisation in Milton Keynes. Your new role As a part-time, Senior HR Advisor, you will be working in a stand-alone HR role, reporting to a remote HR Manager. You will be responsible for all HR Generalist duties including: Implementing or updating HR policies and procedures. Managing all disciplinary, grievance, performance management, sickness absence, maternity and paternity cases from end to end. Managing the recruitment and selection process using agencies and sitting in on interviews where required, checking right to work documents and administering DBS checks. Developing and delivering training on HR best practice. Managing any TUPE and redundancy processes with support and managing other HR projects from time to time. This organisation are looking for the Part-Time person to work ideally 25-30 hours per week and ideally 4 or 5 shorter days, with a t least a couple of days finishing at 8pm What you'll need to succeed You must have experience at Senior HR Advisor level ideally within a distribution, manufacturing or call centre environment.
