Payroll Executive Permanent Based in Shoreham £30,000 per annum plus benefits Ref: TA0897 Tony Alan Recruitment currently has an exciting job opportunity for a Payroll Executive to join an award winning and constantly growing business in the Shoreham area on a permanent basis. Your duties will include: Responsible for preparing and entering payroll data from start to finish for monthly Payroll on Sage 50 Payroll Running multiple payrolls weekly and monthly Administration of employee benefits including, pension, company cars, healthcare, cycle to work and childcare vouchers Liaise with HR on payroll changes Liaise with HMRC regarding any payroll queries Assist with payroll reconciliations by resolving discrepancies Provide clear, appropriate and prompt advice to staff in response to payroll or pension queries Assist in the efficient administration of the organisation’s pension schemes Essential Skills: Able to work to strict deadlines Proven experience of working within a payroll role Excellent knowledge of Sage 50 Payroll, Excel, Word and Outlook Knowledge and experience of pensions with a good understanding of auto enrolment If you feel that you would be suitable for this position then please apply with your CV.
