Overview

This is a part time position for an excellent Shoreham based organisation who are looking to bring a payroller on a part time basis. The role will cover multiple payrolls as well as liaising with accounts team and reporting into the Head of Accounts. Client Details The client is a fast growing, forward thinking business who have gone under a period of growth. Due to the growth of the business they are looking to expand their finance and payroll team and are currently looking to bring someone in on a part time basis. Description Responsibilities: Administration of employee benefits including, pension, company cars, healthcare, cycle to work and childcare vouchers. Liaise with HR on payroll changes Liaise with HMRC regarding any payroll queries. Assist with payroll reconciliations by resolving discrepancies Profile Successful candidate will have: Able to work to strict deadlines. Proven experience of working within a payroll role. Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook. Knowledge and experience of pensions with a good understanding of auto enrolment. Good organisational skills with the ability to forward plan workload.
