Overview
The role is an all encompassing payroll position for a successful group of Sussex based organisations. The role reports into the head of accounts and is positioned within an excellent finance team. Client Details The client is a progressive, rapidly growing organisation and is renowned for having a fantastically high staff satisfaction rate. This is an important role within the business and will be based in the companies fantastic new offices. Description This role includes: Being responsible for preparing and entering payroll data from start to finish for monthly Payroll. Administration of employee benefits including, pension, company cars, healthcare, cycle to work and childcare vouchers. Liaise with HR on payroll changes. Liaise with HMRC regarding any payroll queries. Assist with payroll reconciliations by resolving discrepancies. Provide clear, appropriate and prompt advice to staff in response to payroll or pension queries.
