They are currently recruiting to the following position: Apprenticeships Administrator £19,536 - £22,445 p.a. (dependent on skills and experience) An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced administrator to join the busy team in the Apprenticeship department. Your main duties will be administering processes for successful apprenticeship delivery including inputting information to create apprenticeship agreements, contacting employers, auditing completed paperwork prior to enrolment. Checking achievements claims accurately and supporting on-programme maintenance, i.e. monitoring and tracking, chasing of reviews/registers/achievements. Maintenance of learner files/electronic files, reports and data as required. From time to time you would be required to attend and take minutes of meetings, along with other typical administrative tasks. Experience of working in a busy office environment, working with speed, accuracy and attention to detail plus excellent customer service skills and teamwork are essential for this post. Experience of working within apprenticeship delivery would be desirable. We are able to offer you the facilities of a College campus set in 7 acres of green belt in a peaceful setting. The College has excellent transport links and is set in a location convenient to London and the South East and offers a large free on-site car park.
