Overview

One of the world leaders in business psychology and leadership are seeking an experienced individual that will be responsible for heading up a small operations team that supports a varied portfolio of clients. The role is to ensure that all client projects are cohesive and seamless, work strategically with client teams to help develop their client portfolio, ensuring an excellent client experience. This will include some or all of the following: Managing own portfolio of clients effectively with the view to taking on more responsibility. Accountable for the effective running of the whole client portfolio, running larger accounts and being the point of escalation for smaller accounts. Working closely with Client Directors and other operational members of the team, to manage client relationships. Representing the operational team across the wider consultant team. Line management responsibilities for the more junior members of the operations team. Defining, shaping and role-modelling appropriate client rhythm, team structure and best practice, given client’s context and needs. Attending client meetings (internal and external) and client pitches, leading on appropriate items. Assisting the consultant team with pipeline and allocation of work as well as proposals, contract reviews and negotiations. Awareness of, and contribution to, the strategic approach of the client portfolio, working in partnership with consultants to make consultative and commercial decisions. Tracking, monitoring and reporting on the management and performance of the accounts within the client portfolio. Monthly/Quarterly Management Information reporting.
