Overview

CK Technical are recruiting for a Senior Software Developer to join a company in the glass industry at their site based in Lathom on a permanent basis. The Company: Our client is synonymous with technical excellence and service in the glass industry. They are leaders in architectural, automotive and technical glass manufacturing. Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum. Location: This role is located in Lathom, Lancashire and is easily commutable from cities in the Northwest such as Liverpool, Manchester and Preston. Senior Software Developer Role: Your main duties will be: - The design and development of applications for our client's Manufacturing Execution Systems from start to finish. - Testing, debugging and installing applications. - Change management and handling change requests. Your Background: The ideal candidate for this role will have - Previous experience in developing application for a Manufacturing Execution System. - Programming experience in C#, ASP.Net, MVC/Web API, JavaScript, HTML & CSS, T-SQL - Knowledge of testing systems and tools. A full, UK drivers license is essential for this role due to the client's location and customer facing nature of the role.
