This is an exciting opportunity for a driven customer service professional to join a leading company based in Croydon. You will be responding to customer enquiries utilising your written and verbal communication skills. This is a 35 hour week between the hours of 08:00 and 18:00 Monday to Friday. Description Key responsibilities include: Handle all incoming calls in a professional manner following company procedures Handle all external and internal enquiries following agreed policies Carry out medical screening as and when required Handle existing claim calls, communicating the claims outcomes Handle customer escalations in a positive way and refer any unresolved quality issues to your line manager Carry out all necessary enquiries over email Respond to any query within a certain time frame following agreed procedures Carry out administrative tasks as required Profile The successful candidate will have: Experience of working within a customer service environment PC and internet literate Excellent telephone manner Good typing skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Team player Ability to prioritise multiple tasks Self motivated and enthusiastic Strong organisational and interpersonal skills Job Offer This is a permanent full time role paying a competitive salary with an additional yearly bonus.
