Serious Injury Paralegal – FTC
Overview
Sue Ross Legal are currently recruiting for an experienced Paralegal on behalf of our client, a well respected and award winning law firm based in Chesterfield. You will be joining the Serious Injury team on a four month fixed term contract. Duties will include; - Providing support to Fee Earners dealing with a caseload of serious injury files - Occasionally assisting with Clinical Negligence and Employment law files - Answering and screening incoming telephone calls - Dealing with client queries - Conducting legal research - Preparing and drafting legal documents - Liaising with clients, Counsel, Solicitors, Courts, witnesses and experts - Checking disbursements on file - Verifying Bills of Costs - Preparing files for Costs Draughtsmen To be considered for this role it is essential that you have a strong working knowledge of the CPR and have experience gained within a similar role. You should be available for work for the full four month time frame as this is a fixed term contract. It is also required that you have a passion for providing high standards of customer service and have excellent client care and communication skills.
