£16 p/h – Band 6 Equivalent/Circa £29.9K | 36 Hour Contract – Nights | Small Nursing Home – Good CQC | Great Benefits A small private nursing home in Chesterfield currently requires an RGN/Adult Nurse to join their team on full-time nights. The home offers elderly and dementia care packages on both a nursing and residential basis and is owned and operated by a leading national health and social care group. You will manage a caseload of residents and will lead a team of HCAs on shift in the delivery of personal care. The successful candidate for this Night Nurse post will meet the following criteria: NMC Registered Adult Nurse/RGN Experienced in a leadership or supervisory role within a UK care home or elderly and dementia care setting Confident undertaking clinical assessments and in all aspects of care management Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills and an effective leader Able to lead by example, demonstrating comprehensive clinical skills and knowledge and a passion for maintaining the highest standards Enthusiastic, proactive and motivated To apply now, please follow the link provided.
